I began my career as an educator, training corporate clients and teaching university students while pursuing post-graduate research degrees rooted in Southeast Asian languages and cultures.
Upon completion of my PhD, I worked as a lecturer and researcher at a Southeast Asian research institute in Bangkok. After years in academia, I made a deliberate move into corporate consulting and training, seeking broader, more direct impact than an academic post allowed.
That combination still shapes how I work today: doctoral-level research training, applied directly to real organizational problems, not abstracted away from them.
